Job Description
- Receive, review, and prioritize work order requests from various departments or clients.
- Assign work orders to appropriate technicians based on skill set, workload, and availability.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Follow up on incomplete or delayed work orders and escalate issues when necessary.
- Accurately enter work request details and task updates into the CAFM system.
- Maintain and update work order records, asset history, and service logs.
- Ensure all data entered in the system is accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to work order status, technician performance, and maintenance trends.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and management reviews.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to resolve scheduling or resource conflicts.
- Communicate job status, delays, or urgent issues to relevant stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance coordination or work control role.
- Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo, Archibus, Concept Evolution, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
