Job Description
- Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans and work schedules
- Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications
- Participating in conferences, events, and networking and learning opportunities.
- Analyzing existing process and scheduling meetings to discuss improvement initiatives
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding
- Assists in the development, review and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives , work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, schedules, risk management approach, milestone descriptions, budgets &staffing requirements
- Provides technical support to marketing for bids and proposals
- Assists with the development of new engineering standards and maintains, improves existing standards & guidleines, implementing industry and company best practices
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
