Job Description
- The operation’s associate role is a great opportunity for a young professional with limited work experience to understand how operational processes are designed and implemented. The associate will assist the supervisor in achieving all operations KPI
- Ensure supply availability according to demand projections. Facilitate arrival, accommodation arrangements and transportation arrangements for partners
- Assist the supervisor in ensuring on-time order fulfilment -
- Ensure partner satisfaction score (NPS) as per target by the following - Actively solve tickets raised by the partners in the system and highlight the issues with the business team.
- Coordinating with manpower companies to solve partner-related issues.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and issuance of tools & equipment and consumables to partners as required
- Conduct training and retraining operations to make partners ready in time for deployment
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time by managing transportation arrangements and ensure the drop offs at the customer's house are not missed, and always done on time
- Ensure partners use prescribed sets of equipment and consumables on each and every job
- Increase utilization of partners to maximize profitability
- The role is quite challenging and would require heavy lifting. A major part of the role would require you to be on the ground for successful execution
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Finance/Accountancy/Banking; Human Resource Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- At least 2 years of experience with daily operations
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent with Microsoft Office Program and Windows
- Effective communicator and mediator
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and committed to finding solutions.
- Well organized with effective and efficient working style
- Able to work independently towards targets and planning
