Job Description

Cut and fillet different types of fish accurately and efficiently
Ensure proper handling and storage of fish to maintain quality and freshness
Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
Dispose of fish waste properly and follow all safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.

Must have related Training Certificates.
TESDA NCII Certificate or Trade Test is a MUST!
Must have UKVI IELTS with a 4.0 score per category. Candidates with ready UKVI IELTS will be highly prioritized.
Must be competent in the cleaning, cutting, filleting and preparation of fish for processing or sale.
Keen on scrubbing, descaling, removal of the head and guts, washing & deboning of fish.
Competent in cutting & slitting of fish for curing by hand or machine.
