Job Description
- Oversees the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance
- Responsible for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe environment, and comply with licensing and legal requirements.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and ensuring smooth workflow in both front and back-of-house areas.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience in a supervisory or management capacity, such as an assistant manager or shift leader
- The ability to motivate and lead staff, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
