Job Description
- Digital & Social Media Management - Support the development of monthly content calendars and campaign grids
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Coordinate with graphic designers to deliver branded content
- Monitor community engagement (DMs, comments, tags) and respond promptly
- Assist in generating monthly performance and engagement reports
- Campaign & Creative Support - Participate in concept development for seasonal campaigns and shoots
- Assist in preparing mood boards, references, and creative briefs
- Support the coordination of models, locations, and production timelines
- Ensure deliverables are optimized for e-commerce, social media, website, and in-store displays
- E-commerce & Website Coordination - Assist in updating product listings and homepage banners on Shopify
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and product data accuracy
- Support the rollout of new collections or promotions on the website
- Customer Experience & Order Fulfillment Support
- Coordinate with customer care for complaint handling and approvals
- Paid Ads & Analytics - Collaborate with freelancers/agencies on META and Google Ads campaigns
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Advertising / Media; Commerce; Others; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or e-commerce (internships included)
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury, or retail industries
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Shopify, and Meta Ads Manager is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
