Job Description
- Excellent knife skills, particularly in filleting and slicing raw fish . Proven experience in fast-paced kitchens or Japanese/sushi restaurants
- Deep understanding of Japanese ingredients, seasonality, and flavor profiles . Ability to prepare and artistically present sushi dishes.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,especially concerning raw fish
- Strong customer service skills, especially in open-kitchen or omakase-style settings. Good time management and attention to detail.

- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
