- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, verifying information and providing room keys.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling them.
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and packages.
