Job Description
- Greet visitors: Welcome guests and direct them to the right person or office
- Allocating rooms: Provide guests with their rooms and keys
- Handling requests: Provide concierge services, such as booking tickets and arranging travel
- Answering questions: Respond to questions about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation
- Managing accounts: Prepare room bills, collect payments, and return deposits
- Handling complaints: Address guest complaints about noise, temperature, or other issues
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Must have a 4 to 5 star hotel experience
