Job Description
- Manufacture high-quality, custom cabinetry and ceiling components. This includes working with various materials such as wood, MDF, plywood, and laminates, ensuring that each product meets required specifications.
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines for cutting, shaping, and routing materials, ensuring precision in all work. Regularly maintain and troubleshoot machines to ensure they operate efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret technical plans and blueprints for cabinetry and ceiling components.
- Ensuring accurate execution of designs and meeting the client’s specifications. You will ensure materials are measured, cut, and assembled according to the highest standards.
- Ensure that all products are finished to a high standard, with attention to detail. Conduct regular inspections of completed work to verify that it meets both client requirements and company quality control standards.
- Comply with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and ensure the efficient flow of work.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Must have 5 years minimum working experience as a Cabinet Maker
- With at least 1-year in College or with IELTS (5.0 score per module) if High School Graduate
- Proven experience in cabinet making, including custom cabinetry, ceiling components, and woodwork, with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the trade.
- Strong experience operating CNC machinery, including setting up, programming, and maintaining machines for cutting, shaping, and routing wood and other materials. A good understanding of machine operation, precision cutting, and troubleshooting.
- : Ability to read, interpret, and work from detailed technical drawings and specifications. Strong understanding of material properties, measurement techniques, and woodworking methods.
