Job Description
- Plan and schedule projects and work activities
- Supervise all the assembly & Installation of electrical equipment in switchgear panels, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Estimate the time and materials needed to complete projects
- Troubleshooting, tracing, diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in the switchgear panels.
- Acknowledge & follow the company safety and security policies and procedures.
- Informing the production team of preferred occupational health and safety practices
- Implementing relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations
- Regularly checking the tools and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
- Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Expierence in same role within a switchgear industry, manpower planning, shop floor management, HSE.
- Excellent communication skills, documentation skills, and leadership
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can operate with little supervision.
