Job Description
- Define, implement and execute Air Freight business development and pricing/tariff strategies to maximize profits and grow Air Freight market share on the assigned area being covered
- To focus on customer retention / engagement on assigned portfolio
- To prepare and conduct branch & customer visits, calls, presentations, negotiations and contracts, subject to CAL terms and conditions
- Develop, implement and continuously enhance air freight forwarding operational procedures (import and export).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- 5 years working experience in similar role, handling international Air logistics
- Bachelor degree in Business administration, international trade, logistics or equivalent in years of work experience
- Have commercial acumen and customer orientation skills with an eye for opportunities and development in the air logistics industry
- 5 years of experience in an airfreight management position and with strong exposure to Air Freight Operations.
