Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, printers, and networks.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT staff or tier-2 support.
- Log all support requests and actions taken in the help desk system accurately.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear instructions.
- Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain technical documentation and user guides as needed.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of computers and peripheral equipment.
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and data protection standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a help desk, IT support, or customer service role preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and remote desktop tools.
