Job Description
- Develop and implement service standrads, system and protocols based on local and international standards
- Ensure all restaurants adhered to company service standards at all times
- Train and Coach Restaurant Managers on service standards and protocols
- Conduct regular internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Service, and cuustomer satisfaction
- Manage and resolve customer complaints related to service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other concerned departments to ensure compoany's service system and other service channels are up to trend
- Develop tools and equipment that will improve service standard implementation
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
