Job Description
- • To design and develop CNC programming for CNC milling machines.
- • To work on the First Article Introduction (FAI) project and jig & fixture design
- • To prepare and maintain all CAM files for the machining process.
- • To verify the dimensional and cosmetic specifications of the workpiece using allocated measuring equipment according to technical drawing.
- • Conduct continuous improvement plans on CNC programming to optimize process cycle time and quality.
- • To support the production department in troubleshooting technical issues during mass production and improve the CNC program if necessary
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Must be familiar with MASTERCAM/SOLIDWORKS
- Experienced in CNC milling machines and knowledge of GD&T are added advantage
- Familiar with Fanuc Robodrill milling machines, if experienced in Mazak Horizontal Milling Machine would be added advantage.
- Good at troubleshooting and resolving machining problems that arises
