Job Description
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience as a Sushi Chef for four to five star hotel or in a recognized Sushi Bar
- · Sushi Expertise: Knowledge of traditional sushi preparation, knife skills, and fish handling. · Experience: Proven experience in sushi preparation, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- · Cultural Knowledge: Understanding of Japanese cuisine, traditions, and etiquette. · Rice & Presentation: Expertise in perfecting sushi rice and presenting sushi attractively.
- · Customer Service: Ability to interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner. · Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment for extended hours. ·
- · Attention to Detail: High level of precision in sushi preparation and presentation. · Creativity: Open to experimenting with new sushi creations or fusion dishes.
