Job Description
- Conduct surveys to determine the location and boundaries of land, buildings, and other features.
- Ensure surveys meet legal and regulatory requirements, including property line accuracy and compliance with local codes.
- Create maps, plans, and reports based on survey data, often using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Use surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, laser scanners) to collect precise measurements of distances, angles, and elevations.
