Job Description
- Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces Set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment Load and unload the blast cabinet.
- Assist with painting or coating as needed Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed.
- Apply coatings through conventional, airless, and plural spray systems. Apply paint with brush and roll.
- Operate various types of equipment such as blast pots and spray guns.
- Knowledge of various painting methods and applications. Spray with consistent millage.
- Knowledge of various blasts. Prepare surfaces. Mix paints to desired colors and consistencies.
- Understanding or reading of drawings and/or blueprints.
- Safe operation of construction tools and equipment Grinding, sanding, and polishing Painting, caulking, and sealing.
- Experience in scaffolding and lamination is a plus.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Must have 3 years relevant experience within the last 5 years
