Job Description
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of civil infrastructure.
- Perform repair works such as concrete patching, plastering, and painting.
- Conduct minor carpentry works such as door/window frame repairs and furniture fixes.
- Repair and maintain tiles, flooring, ceilings, and partitions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in civil maintenance work, preferably in a facilities management or construction environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
