Job Description
- Supervise the mechanical maintenance team to ensure high-performance delivery
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance tasks for mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing
- Ensure compliance with mechanical codes and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
- Oversee quality control of mechanical installations and repairs
- Train, mentor, and supervise mechanical technicians to maintain high standards of safety and technical excellence
- Coordinate with the Mechanical Engineer on major mechanical projects and upgrades
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in managing mechanical systems in luxury properties
- Extensive knowledge of Mechanical systems, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Advanced technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
