Job Description
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
- Make beds,change linens, and replace used towels and toiletries
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a polite and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage rooms
- Follow hotel safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Assist in laundry duties when required (washing, drying, folding linens and towels)
- Use cleaning chemicals andequipment safely and efficiently
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and mop floors and
- Follow daily work schedulesand complete assigned rooms within shift time
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidates must have a passports.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
