Job Description
- Work with clients to understand their specific business needs and identify how SAP analytics can best be used to meet those needs.
- Design and develop customized SAP analytics solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Implement and configure SAP analytics software, integrating it with other SAP systems and external data sources.
- Test and troubleshoot SAP analytics solutions to ensure they are working correctly and meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on how to use the SAP analytics solutions.
- Develop and manage data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP analytics solutions.
- Keep abreast of the latest SAP analytics technology and best practices.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Commerce; Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
- Over 12+ years of experience in IT Business Transformations, including large-scale SAC Planning, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business AI, and other cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, RISE with SAP, and S/4HANA Cloud.
- Expertise across various business processes, including Finance, Enterprise Planning, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales.
- 3+ End to End Green Field SAC Planning Implementations with S/4HANA.
- Thought Leader in SAP Analytics area
- Hands-on experience in FP&A, Analytics & Data Science Solutioning and Consulting, with key responsibilities in understanding AS-IS, developing strategies, building & delivering POCs.
- Extensive experience in RFP response, defining roadmaps & frameworks, devising architecture, effort estimation, and post-implementation transition.
- Capability Lead (CoE) for Enterprise Planning, D&A Capability.
- Solutioning with an emphasis on optimal performance & data footprint, flexibility, scalability, and better user experience.
- Involved in discovery workshops, solution showcases, client presentations, and end-user training.
- Organization-wide planning solutions across Finance, HR, Sales, and Supply Chain
- Roles as Analyst, Lead, SME, and Solutions Architect in Data Science & Analytics, Blockchain, Cloud, AI & ML.
- Experience in integrating SAP, Non-SAP, and Open-Source Systems.
- Solutioning experience in transformation, greenfield, brownfield, and upgrade implementations.
- Handled Agile SAP projects and worked in the SCRUM model for a leading US multinational conglomerate (3M).
- Proactively worked with businesses to unearth and harness key business KPIs across process areas.
- Financial Services Experience preferred. Client engagement experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
