Job Description
- Providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for users within the assigned group.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of servers, networks, hardware, and software.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
- Implementing and maintaining security measures, including firewalls and antivirus software.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Performing regular backups and implementing disaster recovery solutions.
- Providing basic IT training to users on new hardware, software, and security procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of system configurations, network setups, and user accounts.
- Collaborating with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Keeping abreast of new technologies and best practices in IT administration.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge in security (Antivirus & Firewall), Network, Windows & Linux System, but also be able to manage Google Workspace, domain registrar, JIRA platform and other platforms like AWS.
