Job Description
- Provide the supportive and welcoming environment for all new join employee at the restaurant.
- Use Training materials to Provide training & coaching for Crew, Crew Leaders at restaurant.
- Create a motivational climate in his assigned shift and lead the team to deliver great guest experience.
- Assign cleaning tasks for his team during the shifts and ensure proper usage of cleaning tools & chemicals.
- Conduct regular staff briefings to communicate shift targets and proper assignments.
- Ensure all appropriate HR policies, labour laws, security and safety procedures are executed in his shift.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Must have prior experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Must have advanced-level English skills suitable for managerial roles
- Must be presentable, scar-free, tattoo-free, and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Must exhibit a hospitable and customer-centric approach
