Job Description
- The Restaurant manager leads the Restaurant team and to manage and control all restaurant resources to deliver the best guest experience and maintain the highest standards of QSC consistently.
- Enhance restaurant profitability through better operation focus and control expenses and material consumptions
- Responsible for executing all operations platforms, KUDU company policies and any marketing campaigns in a proper way (e.g., KUDU Routine, Academy, promotions, LTOs, processes) to drive sales and profit.
- Build action plans to improve restaurant performance based on Financial Audits reports, CERs, and Area Manager visits, then follow up those action plans execution with his team accordingly.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Must have prior experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Must have advanced-level English skills suitable for managerial roles
- Must be presentable, scar-free, tattoo-free, and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Must exhibit a hospitable and customer-centric approach
