Job Description
- Warmly Greet and Escort Customers: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, guide them to their table, and ensure they are comfortably seated.
- Present Menus and Provide Detailed Information: Introduce guests to our menu offerings, offering insights into portion sizes, ingredients, and potential allergens to help them make informed decisions.
- Upsell Additional Products: Proactively suggest appetizers, drinks, and desserts to enhance the guest experience, while increasing sales in a non-intrusive manner.
- Efficiently Take and Serve Orders: Accurately take food and drink orders, ensuring the kitchen and bar staff are informed, and promptly serve food and beverages.
- Set and Maintain Tables: Prepare tables before guests arrive by setting linens, silverware, and glassware to create a welcoming dining environment. Continually monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Consistently check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests in a timely manner.
- Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
