Job Description
- Training Needs Assessment: Evaluate the organization's needs and identify gaps in technical skills.
- Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including lesson plans, materials, and assessment methods.
- Instructional Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars, adapting instruction to different learning styles.
- Material Creation: Develop and update training materials, such as presentations, guides, and simulation
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess trainee performance, evaluate training effectiveness, and make improvements to programs
- Technical Expertise: Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in the field
- Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of training sessions, participant data, and program outcomes.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic systems, repair procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Preferably with training experience in Porsche academy or any similar OEM training centers in the Philippines.
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Automotive Technology or related field
