Job Description
- Supervise daily repair operations for automobile parts, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, part replacement, and testing.
- Assign work orders to technicians and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure compliance with company quality standards and OEM specifications.
- Coordinate with the inventory department to ensure availability of required tools, parts, and materials.
- Train, guide, and support repair technicians; provide performance feedback and technical assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of repair activities, technician hours, parts used, and repair outcomes.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all repair activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Support root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime or rework.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to streamline repair processes and optimize productivity.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance, including team lead or supervisory roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of automobile parts, mechanical systems, and diagnostic procedures.
- Familiarity with repair tracking systems, service manuals, and safety compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in Automotive Service (e.g., ASE) are a plus.
