Job Description
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document clinical observations.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, treatments, and medical procedures as per physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with DoH regulations.
- Educate patients and families about ongoing care, treatment plans, and health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using life-saving techniques
- Participate in continuous professional development, training, and audits as required.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
- Should be licensed with DOH, DHA, or NCLEX passer
