Job Description
- Play a vital role in maintaining smooth production processes and ensuring plastic products meet quality andsafety standards.
- Maybe required to work in shifts, including nightsor weekends, depending on production schedules.
- Operate machinery such as injection molders,extruders,or CNCmachines to shape plastic materials.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to maintain proper temperature, pressure, and timing during production.
- Prepare raw materials(pelets,sheets,resins)and load theminto machinesfor processing.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such asgloves, goggles, or masks.
- Perform finishing tasks such a strimming, sanding, polishing, or deburring plastic products and Inspect finished products for defects using visual checksand measuring tools like calipers or gauges.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must have passports.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Mechanical skills with the ability to understand and operate machinery efficiently.
- Strongattention to detail to ensure all products meet quality standards and precise specifications.
- Physical stamina to lift materials perform manual tasks,and stand for extended periods.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and work place regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate measuring,counting, and calculating product dimensions.
