Job Description
- Proficient with computers and softwares like MS Excel & ERP. A good team player and customer service oriented.
- This role is expected to receive customers, note down exactly the jobs required, provide estimate with job explanations,
- Automotive dealer / distributor business processes, working knowledge of MS Office, ERP skills, customer handling skills and good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Must have atleast 3 years Experience as a Service Advisor and working in an Automobile dealership
