Job Description
- Ensure that all food safety policies are being followed at all times across the organization.
- Conduct regular internal inspections and audits of food production areas, kitchens, storage facilities, and other food handling areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Prepare for and coordinate external food safety audits from regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and successful compliance.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Working with food safety management systems, including HACCP, GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), and SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification programs.
