Job Description
- Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes.
- Set up workstations and maintain kitchen tools.
- Assist with buffet setup and food displays.
- Ensure proper food storage and labeling.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Support stock monitoring and report shortages.
- Participate in training and maintain hygiene standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
- Education: Diploma in Culinary Arts.
- Experience: 1–2 years in high-volume kitchens (hospitality or catering).
- Basic cooking knowledge and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of hygiene standards and HACCP.
- Teamwork and ability to follow instructions. Basic computer skills.
