Job Description
- Prepare and cook pastries and desserts per recipes.
- Manage hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and temperature controls.
- Monitor stock and assist with food cost management.
- Train and support junior pastry team members.
- Assist in menu planning and production scheduling.
- Maintain cleanliness and report equipment issues.
- Participate in briefings, safety trainings, and meetings.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
- Education: Culinary diploma or degree in Pastry Arts.
- Expertise in pastry and dessert preparation.
- Leadership and training abilities.
- Strong time management and multitasking.
- Proficiency in HACCP and food cost control. Basic computer skills.
