Job Description
- Baking and Preparation: Prepare and bake various breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Recipe Development: Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items to enhance product offering
- nventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized baking area, adhering to health regulations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Attention to detail Baking and dessert techniques
- Culinary School or Technical School: Attending a culinary arts or technical school can provide you with a more in-depth understanding of baking techniques, sanitation, and food science.
- Baking Techniques: A solid understanding of various baking techniques is crucial, including mixing, kneading, proofing, and decorating.
