Job Description
- Welcoming customers and guiding them to their tables.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately, ensuring they are communicated to the kitchen promptly.
- Being knowledgeable about the menu and offering recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and making sure their needs are met.
- Accurately processing payments and ensuring proper cashier procedures.
- Working effectively with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
- Paying attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking, service, and bill processing.
- Being patient and attentive to customers' needs and concerns.
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Assisting with setting up the restaurant before service, restocking supplies, and cleaning up after service
- Addressing customer complaints and ensuring positive resolution.
- Offering menu specials, suggesting appetizers, desserts, or drinks to increase sales.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- HRM/Culinary graduates OR with 1 - year relevant experience
- English communication skills and cheerful personality
- Fresh Graduates with OJT experience acceptable
