Job Description
- Must be able to write safety evaluation and inspection reports to a professional standard, and must be capable of thorough incident investigation and determining causal factors using root cause analysis
- Capability to train multinational work force using training tools on a regular basis. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments and leading safety training program
- Must be knowledgeable of work permit procedures and safety procedures used in hazardous environments, and be familiar with international safety codes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 15 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Graduate of any Engineering Course 15+ work experience as Safety Manager (20+ preferable) preferably in oil and gas refining/petrochemical industries. Must have experience in the development, oversight & coordination of operational safety programs.
- Should be well versed in modern occupational Health and safety practices. Certificate as Safety Manager/ OSHA/NEBOSH/ICG accredited courses. Computer Literate. Must possess a valid light vehicle driving license.
- Must have experience in occupational safety in the constructions and/or maintenance field, and be familiar with risk management and management of change procedures.
- Able to communicate technically with clients both orally and written communication. Saudi Aramco Experience is advantage or experience in Gulf Countries.
