Job Description
- Ensure the timely issuance of survey requests in accordance with Saudi Aramco procedures, facilitating efficient project execution.
- Diligently carry out all field tasks assigned by the Saudi Aramco and/or Department Manager, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and project success.
- Undertake meticulous land and field surveys, incorporating advanced geodetic calculations and detailed topographic surveys to capture accurate as-built conditions and quantify project elements.
- Capable to implement precise setting-out and leveling procedures to establish accurate reference points and elevations. Able to communicate technically with clients both orally and written communication.
- Capable to execute comprehensive construction survey layouts to guide construction activities and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Capable to operate and proficiently utilize a range of specialized surveying equipment, including GNSS receivers, precise leveling instruments, and robotic total stations, to collect high-quality field data.
- Capable to perform rigorous mathematical calculations, such as coordinate transformations, distance calculations, and volume computations, to verify and confirm the accuracy of survey measurements.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently conduct solo surveys, requiring strong problem-solving skills and self-reliance.
- Proactively identify and report any non-conformances to established standards, procedures, and specifications, ensuring quality control and adherence to project requirements.
- Capable to provide accurate site measurements for layout and positioning of structural, architectural, and mechanical elements.
- Capable to verify that the topographical conditions align with the approved design plans.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Graduate of Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering with additional qualification as Civil Surveyor.
- With hands-on experience in the field of surveying, including extensive exposure to various surveying techniques and technologies OR Technical Diploma in relevant field. Must possess a valid light vehicle driving license.
- Proficient in the use of industry-standard CAD software, survey software, total stations, data collectors, and GNSS equipment, enabling efficient data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of construction sequences and industry-standard work procedures, facilitating effective collaboration with construction teams and adherence to project timelines.
- Saudi Aramco Experience is a great advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling clear and concise communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
