- The supervisor should ensure that all HVAC and mechanical equipment is maintained regularly to prevent breakdowns and ensure maximum efficiency. They should also develop a maintenance schedule and ensure that it is followed.
- The supervisor should have strong troubleshooting skills and be able to diagnose and rectify any faults or issues with HVAC and mechanical systems quickly and efficiently.
- The supervisor should develop a daily, weekly, and monthly job plan to ensure that all tasks are completed on time. They should also prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency.
- The supervisor should allocate resources such as manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required for each job. They should also ensure that the resources are utilized effectively to minimize wastage and maximize productivity.
- The supervisor should ensure that all workers adhere to health and safety regulations, and all the necessary safety equipment is available. They should also conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
- The supervisor should ensure that all work is carried out to the required standards and specifications. They should also conduct regular inspections to identify any defects or issues that need to be addressed
- The supervisor should be able to oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC and mechanical systems. They should ensure that all work is carried out to the required standards and specifications.
- The supervisor should have a strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical design and engineering principles. They should be able to develop design plans and specifications, as well as review and approve plans developed by others.
- The supervisor should be knowledgeable about energy-efficient HVAC and mechanical systems and be able to identify opportunities for energy savings. They should also be able to implement energy-saving measures and ensure that they are effective.
- The supervisor should have a good understanding of all relevant regulations and codes related to HVAC and mechanical systems. They should ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with these regulations and codes.
- The supervisor should be able to collect and analyze data related to HVAC and mechanical systems. They should be able to identify trends and use the data to improve system performance and efficiency.
- The supervisor should provide training and development opportunities to their team to enhance their skills and knowledge. They should also identify training needs and develop a training plan to address any gaps in skills or knowledge.
- The supervisor should maintain effective communication with their team, other departments, and external stakeholders. They should also encourage open communication and provide regular feedback to their team

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- At least five years experience in the Operation and Maintenance field, and (1) one minimum Supervisory work experience.
- Worked experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred. Good English spoken and written.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with regards to any issues with HVAC and Mechanical systems quickly and efficiently.
