Job Description
- Greet and seat customers promptly in a courteous manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests at their tables.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and return the correct change.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before guests are seated.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills. Basic math skills for handling payments and giving change.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Friendly and outgoing personality.
