Job Description
- Developing event concepts, creating schedules and timelines, and managing event details.
- Selecting venues, booking and managing vendors (catering, entertainment, etc.), and negotiating contracts.
- Preparing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring events stay within budget.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs, providing updates on event progress, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Hiring, training, and supervising event staff.
