Job Description
- Primary Care Functions: o Outpatient Consultations (General Consultations):
- Provide medical consultations for patients presenting with general health concerns. o Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
- Offer health advice and guidance on managing chronic conditions.
- Provide emergency medical care to admitted patients
- Oversee and manage patients in the emergency department, including critical care and trauma cases. o Ensure proper documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
- Respond to emergency situations, providing urgent care for patients with life-threatening conditions.
- Manage trauma, severe injuries, and acute medical emergencies, including resuscitation procedures.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat critically ill patients.
- Revised July 2012 o Preventive Care Consultations: o Conduct pre-employment screenings to assess fitness for work, including evaluating medical history and performing necessary medical tests.
- Administer annual medical checkups, vaccination programs, perform industry-specific or company-specific medicals, assessing employees' health for specific job requirements or hazards.
- Provide educational resources and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Successful completion of residency in Emergency Medicine
- At least 3 years of Emergency Medicine experience
- Current BLS /ACLS certification
- Integrity and strong professional code of ethics
- Personable, supportive disposition
- Strong communication skills, including sensitivity and the ability to provide clear explanations
- Great attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Proven ability to function effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be willing to be Medevac/Helivac/TBOSIET Doctor and willing to undergo training
