Job Description
- A Chef de Partie, also known as a station chef or line cook
- Responsible for overseeing and managing a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, vegetables, or desserts, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Work under the supervision of a Sous Chef or Head Chef and may also supervise junior chefs.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Worked in high end restaurants and knowledgeable about breakfast items.
