Job Description
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Track progress, costs, and risks; recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Provide reports, insights, and updates to senior management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
- Improve project control processes and leverage analytics for better forecasting.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project controls, cost control, or planning (construction, engineering, or oil & gas).
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and financial management.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, and advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling. Familiar with Earned V
- Familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM) and KPI-based reporting.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CCP, PMI-SP) are a plus.
