Job Description
- • Environment: Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- • Communication: Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare team members, and documenting observations
- • Clinical Support: Assisting with simple wound dressings, taking blood samples, and managing infection control (under supervision).
- • Administrative Tasks: Scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and preparing rooms.
- • Patient Care: Assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding, as well as monitoring vital signs.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- National Certificate Level 2, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in the Philippines
- Experience working with people in a healthcare or care setting can be beneficial.
- CPR/first aid certification may be required or preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion and empathy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and other tasks.
