Job Description
- Implement repair and maintenance of building HVAC systems for temperature control and air quality, electrical power distribution systems to meet energy demands and water supply and drainage systems.
- Conduct energy efficiency assessments to minimize power consumption, integration of backup power solutions such as generators and UPS systems ensure proper ventilation and airflow distribution within buildings.
- Select appropriate heating and cooling systems based on project needs, ensure proper wiring, grounding, and circuit protection to prevent electrical hazards.
- Implement fire protection systems such as sprinklers and hydrants, ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
- Install sustainable plumbing solutions like rainwater, conduct inspections to prevent leaks, contamination, and water damage.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field. 4 years Technical Course or equivalent. Knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
- At least five years experience as Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Supervisor.
- Familiar with building safety regulations and procedures. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
