Job Description
- disassemble fuel injection pumps, Turbochargers and injectors (including common rail injectors) to evaluate internal components for reuse or replacement.
- clean and reassemble fuel injection components after evaluation.
- test and calibrate fuel injection systems to factory specifications using specialized tools and equipment.
- diagnose and repair issues within diesel fuel injection systems, addressing problems like poor fuel delivery, injector malfunctions, and pump failures.
- perform routine maintenance on fuel injection systems, including filter changes, injector cleaning, and system checks.
- capable of diagnosing vehicles. Be able to use different scanning tools and finding solutions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Being a qualified BOSCH and DENSO technicians are an advantage.
- Have a strong understanding of different diesel fuel injection technologies, including mechanical, electronic, and common rail systems.
- Proficient in using specialized tools and equipment for testing, calibration, and repair of diesel fuel injection systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols when working with diesel fuel and high‐pressure systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English. At least a high school graduate.
