Job Description
- COORDINATE AND MANGE THE MANAGING DIRECTOR'S CALENDAR ACROSS MULTIPLE COMPANIES, INCLUDING SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, MEETINGS, CONFERENCE CALLS, AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.
- SERVE AS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTRACT FOR THE MD, ACTING AS AN INTERMEDIARY BETWEEN TH MD AND EMPLOYEES, CLIENTS, VENDORS, AD OTHER STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS ALL COMPANCIES.
- PREPARE AND PROOFREAD DOCUMENTS, REPORTS, PRESENTATIONS, AND OTHER MATERIALS FOR THE MD. ASSIST IN THE COORDINATION OF CROSS- COMPANY TASKS AND PROJECTS, ENSURING, ALL MANAGERS ARE ALIGNED AND INFORMED.
- ENCURE SMOOTH OFFICE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, AND OFFICE SPACE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MD.
- SAFEGUARD THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF ALL SENSITIVE INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE MD AND THE BUSINESSES THEY OVERSEE.
- IN ADDITIONAL TO BUSINESS- RELATED DUTIES, ASSIST THE MD WITH PERSONAL TASKS OR ERRANDS AS NEEDED, INCLUDING SCHEDULING PERSONAL APPOINTMENTS, MAKING RESERVATIONS, OR HANDLING PERSONAL COMMUNICATION.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- EDUCATION: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MANAGEMENT, OR A RELATED FIELD IS PREFERRED. EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING SENIOR EXECUTIVES, PREFERABLY IN A MULTI- BUSINESS OR ENTREPRENEURIAL ENVIRONMENT.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS: PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE ( WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK)
- ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME- MANAGEMENT SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO HANDLE MULTIPLE PRIORITIES ACROSS DIFFERENT COMPANIES.
- COMMUNICATION: EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO INTERACT EFFECTIVELY WITH SENIOR LEADERSHIP, EMPLOYEES, CLIENTS, AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS.
