Job Description
- Identifies issues and improvement opportunities, sets goals, allocates resources, defines technical needs, and develops plans to achieve cost and quality targets.
- Optimizes the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure high-quality production at minimal cost.
- Enhances capacity and operational efficiency in the molding process.
- Coordinates new processes and supports the introduction of new products.
- Continuously seeks new technologies to improve manufacturing technical capabilities.
- Leads yield improvement projects in collaboration with Equipment Engineering and R&D teams.
- 8. Recruits, develops, and mentors team members for continuous improvement and career growth.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 2. Manages the planning, development, execution, and upkeep of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for both new and existing products.
