Job Description
- Welcome & farewell guests upon arrival and departure, to build up and maintain good customer relations with guests
- Perform doorman duties at VIP entrances and greet guests with an exceptional smile
- Station at guests’ entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests
- Participating in VIP events to ensure great guest experience
- Be knowledgeable of hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Must be height at least 170 cm tall
- Must be at least 170 cm tall, fair-skinned
- Presentable with professional grooming
- Must have a good standing posture
- Good customer service sense and approachable
- Preferably modeling experience
- Fluent in English or Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage
